Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Caerphilly is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in Caerphilly, UK. We provide clinically supervised weight management services, including prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments, to eligible patients.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate and truthful online consultation prior to any prescription being issued. We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual where it would not be clinically appropriate or safe to do so.
Certain weight loss medications may only be prescribed if you meet specific clinical criteria, including Body Mass Index (BMI) thresholds and the absence of particular contraindications. Our pharmacist or prescriber will assess your suitability based on your consultation responses.
All prescription medicines are dispensed only following a clinical assessment by a qualified and authorised prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically. Our clinical team reserves the right to refuse, amend, or request further information before any prescription is approved.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the treatment recommended and must not be shared with or used by any other person. It is a criminal offence to misuse prescription medicines.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will be charged at the point of order submission. If your consultation is not approved by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made to your nominated UK address via a tracked and secure service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that appropriate delivery instructions are provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to cancel or refund your order, as prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK pharmacy legislation.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all consultations and communications with us. Providing false or misleading information to obtain prescription medication may constitute a criminal offence. You are responsible for reading all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication and for following dosage and safety instructions.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Caerphilly are intended to complement, not replace, advice from your GP or regular healthcare provider. Our services do not constitute an ongoing doctor-patient relationship. If you experience any adverse effects or medical concerns, you should seek immediate advice from your GP or, in an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
